We're back!

It's about time someone posts another blog entry. It's been over a month since nanay went home to the Philippines and left Xam with Vic and me. It was a crazy time -- Xam was still adjusting to daycare, work was hectic and there we were, cramming for Xam's 1st Birthday party.

So, here's an update for the last month or so... Xam's a year old! (yeah!) I'll post a blog about her birthday on another day. Between Xam getting sick and all the other things going on, we weren't able to open her birthday gifts until 4 weeks after the party. I've finally uploaded the pictures, so check them out. She has also finally adjusted to daycare, no more teary goodbyes when I drop her off or when Vic picks her up. She's eating and drinking well - she's on whole milk now and off formula, but like mommy, she's a little bit picky on what she eats.

Xam's 8th Month

Before November completely passes us by, and before Xam starts walking (I wouldn't be surprised if she does it in the next month or so), I have uploaded some photos of her on her 8th month.

As usual, we had a birthday shoot, it coincided with Halloween so we photographed her with some pumpkins that her daddy carved. Grandmama also went crazy buying bargain hats ($0.25/each), so Xam has used those a bit.

The rest of her 8th month photos are in the PA-NYC-DC trip. In two weeks, she'll turn 9 months and before you know it, it will be a year. How time flies!
